|Beacon of Hope
Beacon of Hope Uganda (BoHU) designs and conducts programs which contribute to the welfare and social productivity of disadvantaged individuals and communities with an emphasis on children and youth. BoHU addresses some of the most pervasive problems in rural Uganda, including HIV/AIDS, malaria, hunger, education, poverty, access to clean drinking water, and orphaned children. |Youth Initiative for Community Empowerment
An organization in rural Mubende District, Uganda focused on reducing the vulnerability of marginalized groups including widows, unemployed youth, and people affected by HIV/AIDS. The organization enjoys excellent community support and participation. In 2013, we assisted YICE’s leadership to focus its long-term vision and integrate its current activities. |New Generation Thinkers’ Foundation
New Generation Thinkers’ Foundation (NGTF) is a community based organisation aims to address challenges faced by youth, women, PWDs and climate change issues in Uganda. In 2015, we advised them on their strategic mission, governance and reporting structure, and project selection mechanism. We conducted several diagnostics with the team members, and created a project selection tool.
|Voice of Women Uganda
VOWU’s mission is to educate, equip and empower women to understand and exercise their rights and abilities so as to improve their socio-economic status. In 2015, we helped them on streamining strategic plan, budget management and resource mobilisation.
|Good Health Youth Organisation
Good Health Youth Organization (GHYO) is a Malawi-based organization that works in the areas of water, sanitation, health, agriculture and education. In 2012, RSSAF provided them consulting in four key areas – branding, exposure, grant writing and fundraising. To read more about GHYO, click here.
